WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS
HH Simonsen’s product warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that prevent the product from functioning as intended. This includes:

Original defects in materials or workmanship.

No heat generation in flat irons, curling tools, or hair dryers.

Inability to adjust the temperature (if the product is designed with adjustable temperature settings).
-
No airflow from the hair dryer.
-
Power can be measured entering the unit, but the product does not turn on or displays an error.
-
Surface defects that can be documented as having been present before the product’s first use.
If a valid proof of purchase cannot be provided, the warranty period begins 90 days after the product’s manufacturing date according to HH Simonsen’s internal records.
WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
The warranty does not cover faults, damage, or issues caused by:
Improper maintenance or incorrect use

Lack of proper maintenance.

Use of incorrect voltage, plug adapters, or converters.

Incorrect installation or use contrary to the user manual.
-
Use on materials such as rubble, dust, ash, liquids, plaster, or wet surfaces.

Overheating caused by clogged filters or insufficient cleaning.
External damage or wear and tear
-
Damage caused by drops, impacts, or physical force.
-
Bent, broken, or loose cables, especially at the cable entry point.
-
Wear on components such as filters, housings, blades, brushes, and power cords.
-
Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality.
-
Discoloration of plastic parts caused by heat.
-
Plastic damage due to insufficient cleaning (especially on motor-driven tools such as hair dryers).

Metal damage on clippers caused by lack of cleaning or lubrication.
-
Reduced battery capacity due to natural aging (where applicable).
Circumstances beyond HH Simonsen’s control

Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or without valid proof of purchase.

Damage caused by natural disasters, transport after purchase, or improper storage.
-
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-approved accessories.
-
Damage to natural hair or extensions caused by improper use.
ADDITIONAL TERMS

Replacement of parts or the entire unit under warranty does not extend the original warranty period.

The warranty applies only to products purchased from HH Simonsen or an authorized HH Simonsen retailer, as product quality from unauthorized sellers cannot be guaranteed.

WHAT THE WARRENTY COVERS
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults, including:

Bristles falling out of the brush cushion or sinking into the cushion

Ball tips that loosen or fall off the ends of the bristles
-
The brush cushion loosening or falling out of the brush body
-
Broken bristles during normal use
Should any of the above defects occur, the product will be replaced in accordance with our current warranty procedures.
The warranty is only valid upon presentation of a proof of purchase.
WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

Color changes or coating that peels or flakes off

Bent bristles caused by heat, blow dryers, or other impact where the bristles are pressed down

Bent bristles at room temperature caused by pressure (can be gently corrected with warm air)
-
Damage to the coating caused by chemical products such as mousse, heat protection, gel, conditioner, alcohol residue from hands, or products with low/high pH values
-
Damage from direct UV light, which over time may affect the surface
IMPORTANT MAINTENANCE INFORMATION
To ensure the longest possible lifespan and maintain product quality, we recommend:

Washing hands after using hair products before using the brush
-
Avoiding unnecessary heat exposure directly on the bristles
-
Storing the brush away from direct sunlight
